Die Casa di Ninetta befindet sich in der zweiten Etage des Palazzo Guarracino, einem Gebäude des 18. Jahrhunderts, errichtet von der borbonischen Königsfamilie und eigentlich als Jagdhaus der Insel Procida bestimmt.
Die Innenräume sind jeweils 45 qm groß und haben hohe Decken in Kuppelform sowie Fußböden mit Mosaiken aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. In manchen Zimmern finden Sie sogar noch Teile der Einrichtung jenes Jahrhunderts
